Description:  This is a top quality professional jeweler's loupe. Made out of a solid brass body with an extra thick chrome plating for extra long life. It is also set with a pin rather than a screw so that the lens come does not separate from the rest of the body. The lens is corrected for spherical abberations and distortions. This 15 power loupe is 5x more powerful than a standard 10x loupe.  This additional power allowes you to see even closer to your objects and see more detail. Focal length does decrease so it is not recommended for looking inside objects, but it is excellent for looking at stones and markings.  A leather case in included.
