Description: This is a manual hole screw punch.  It has a drill action as you push down on the handle the tip will spin and cut into the surface you are trying to make a hole into.  Originally used in book binding, this tools is also excellent for leather, fabric, and all paper and thin cardboard projects.  Comes with 6 fully sharpened steel tips in various sizes.  Made with a. solid brass drill mechanism and a nicely finished hardwood handle.  Very well made!
