Description:   This is a treated cotton wheel that is genreally used with coarser compounds. The treatment process creates a harder fabric that generally holds up longer than the white wheels and provides a better surface for cutting and prepping for buffing on most metals. Not recommended for plastics. This can be used on any polishing motor with a tapered spindle.
